The Amtsgericht München keeps the Handelsregister for companies seated in the city, and we provide the consent-to-use documentation your notary needs. The notary remains responsible for certifying and filing the registration.

You can use it as a genuine business or administrative address for a Gewerbeanmeldung under § 14 GewO. Munich files through one citywide authority, the Kreisverwaltungsreferat (KVR), and you can start the application online with a BayernID. The authority decides the filing and may ask for supporting documents, while other permanent sites such as a shop, warehouse or workshop may need to be registered separately.
