Workspace is charged separately from the Virtual Office subscription. These are starting prices; your quote confirms the exact rate at that location and any minimum booking.

Know what to expect before you arrive
Arrival and reception
Your confirmation includes entrance instructions, the on-site process and a day-of contact. Reception arrangements and access hours vary by location.
Wi-Fi and equipment
The quote confirms available Wi-Fi, screens, video equipment, whiteboards and other room facilities before you accept.
Guests and capacity
Include the expected number of attendees in your request. Olea confirms room capacity and any visitor-registration requirements.
Catering and special setup
Request refreshments, catering, printing, parking or a particular room layout in advance. Availability and additional charges vary.
Accessibility
Tell Olea about any accessibility requirements so the location can confirm suitable access before the booking.
Changes and cancellations
Ask Olea to change or cancel a confirmed booking. The notice period and any charge are shown with the quote before you accept.

Active Olea Virtual Office customers can request workspace at participating locations.
Access to request workspace is part of the product, but actual room, desk and office usage is booked and paid for separately.
No. Olea checks each request with the workspace operator. A booking is confirmed only after the location has returned availability and price, you have accepted the quote and payment has been completed.
Request at least one business day in advance. We'll look at shorter notice where we can, but cannot confirm availability. Request earlier for larger rooms, important meetings or specialist equipment.
Yes, within the confirmed room capacity and location rules. Include the attendee count so the location can confirm a suitable room and prepare for arrival.
It varies by location and room. Include screens, video equipment, whiteboards, catering, parking or layout requirements in the request so Olea can confirm availability and price before you accept.
Yes. Olea can coordinate recurring, multi-day and project-space requirements with the operator and provide a tailored quote.
More than 24 hours before the booking, you can cancel without a workspace charge. Inside 24 hours, a 50% charge may apply; a no-show may be charged in full. Any booking-specific terms are shown with the quote before you accept.
