One scan covers opening and digitising one eligible letter. The allowance for stored originals is 10 in total, not 10 per month. Stored originals can be forwarded but cannot be collected from the original location.

Prices start from €69/month and vary by address. Every available location includes the same core Virtual Office service: a serviceable German business address, Digital Mailbox and access to request workspace. Paid mail options, workspace usage and other add-ons are charged separately where applicable.
Every location includes the Legal Business Address service, unlimited receipt of eligible business letters, Digital Mailbox with 5 letter-content scans per month, supporting address documentation and access to request workspace. Mail Pickup and recurring Mail Forwarding are available according to the selected location.
The core service is the same at every location. The price reflects the address selected, including its city, district, building and operator. Central or prestigious addresses generally cost more.
Monthly and annual billing include the same core service. Annual billing saves 15%. Annual prices are displayed as a monthly equivalent, while the annual total is billed upfront.
Digital Mailbox is included at every location, and Mail Pickup is included where available. Recurring Mail Forwarding costs €10, €30 or €70 per month with monthly billing depending on frequency, plus postage. Annual monthly equivalents are €9, €26 and €60. Digital Mailbox usage beyond the included allowances and one-off forwarding are charged at the published rates.
No. Olea does not charge a setup fee or deposit for the Virtual Office subscription. Optional lobby signage may have its own one-off setup cost from €50.

Workspace and office services are separate from the Virtual Office subscription. Published figures are starting prices. Olea confirms location availability, the exact price and any local requirements before you accept a workspace quote or add-on order.
Usage-based charges, such as additional scans, stored originals and one-off forwarding, appear clearly before or on the relevant invoice.
Yes. Buy the new address first and obtain its supporting documentation, then update the Handelsregister, Gewerbeamt, Finanzamt, Impressum, banks and commercial records that use the old address. Subscription timing and any overlap are shown before the change is confirmed.
