Olea’s live Frankfurt addresses sit in Frankfurt-Altstadt, Bahnhofsviertel and Innenstadt, all in or immediately beside the Bankenviertel. Each one creates a different impression.
- Neue Mainzer Straße is in the WINX Tower, in the riverside MainTor quarter. It is the lowest-priced Frankfurt option and gives a business a recognisable financial-district position close to the Main and the city centre.
- Taunustor is in the TaunusTurm, beside the Taunusanlage park and the Innenstadt. It suits businesses looking for a prominent tower address close to the Alte Oper and the core office market.
- Taunusanlage is in the Marienturm on the western edge of the banking district, within easy reach of Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. It is the highest-priced current option and offers a premium setting for client-facing businesses.
The choice is therefore less about widely separated districts than about the exact tower, its position, transport, budget and the signal you want to send a client. The core virtual office service is the same at every address.
Weighing up the rest of the city? Westend, Ostend and Sachsenhausen are established Frankfurt business areas, but Olea has no address in any of them today, so none of them is bookable here.

Where are Olea’s Frankfurt business addresses?
Olea currently has Neue Mainzer Straße in Frankfurt-Altstadt, Taunusanlage in Bahnhofsviertel and Taunustor in Innenstadt, all in or immediately beside the Bankenviertel. The live map and list show the exact address, current price and available mail options for each. Frankfurt (Oder) is a different city in Brandenburg and is not included.
Can I register a GmbH or UG at an Olea Frankfurt address?
Yes. A GmbH or UG must provide a domestic business address under § 8 Abs. 4 GmbHG. You can use an Olea Frankfurt address as that inländische Geschäftsanschrift. The Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main keeps the Handelsregister for companies seated in the city, and we provide the consent-to-use documentation your notary needs. The notary remains responsible for certifying and filing the registration.
Which address goes on a Frankfurt Gewerbeanmeldung?
A Gewerbeanmeldung records your Betriebsstätte – the address where the business is actually carried on (§ 14 GewO) – so give the address that reflects how your business operates. For a Betriebsstätte in Frankfurt, the filing goes to a single citywide office, the Ordnungsamt – Gewerberegister. Your Olea address is a serviceable business address for your Handelsregister entry and Impressum.
Can I use it with the Finanzamt and in my Impressum?
Yes. You can use the address as your Geschäftsanschrift for Finanzamt registration and correspondence and as the serviceable address in a commercial website’s Impressum under § 5 DDG. Frankfurt has several tax offices and the competent one depends on the facts of the business. The address does not by itself establish a tax Betriebsstätte or place of management.
