Your business address in Germany

Yes. Olea locations are real, staffed German street addresses that can be used as the inländische Geschäftsanschrift for a GmbH or UG under § 8 Abs. 4 GmbHG. After your compliance check is approved, we provide a Nutzungsüberlassungserklärung confirming your right to use the address. Your notary remains responsible for certifying and submitting the Handelsregister filing.

After purchase and compliance approval, you receive confirmation of your service, the full address details for your filing and a Nutzungsüberlassungserklärung showing your right to use the address. Olea provides the address-related evidence. Your notary or the relevant authority remains responsible for the filing itself.

You can choose and purchase your address online in a few minutes. The compliance form usually takes 10–15 minutes to complete. Straightforward applications are normally reviewed the same day, although we may need additional information and some applications can take up to two business days. Once approved, you can start using the address immediately.

Every subscription includes unlimited receipt of business letters. During checkout, you choose one primary mail option: digital mailbox, mail pickup or recurring mail forwarding. The digital mailbox includes 5 scans per month, with scanned letters typically available within 5–7 days of receipt. Pickup and forwarding availability varies by location, and any forwarding charges and postage are shown before purchase.

Every location includes a serviceable German business address, unlimited receipt of letters, one primary mail-handling option and access to book workspace across the Olea network. A digital mailbox and mail pickup have no additional monthly charge. Recurring mail forwarding costs €10 – €70 per month plus postage. Workspace usage and other extras are charged separately.

The core Olea service is the same at every location. The price reflects the address and office you choose, including its city, district, building and operator. Central or prestigious addresses generally cost more. Monthly and annual billing are available, and annual plans reduce the monthly equivalent by 15%.

You can use it as your Geschäftsadresse for Finanzamt registration and correspondence, and as the serviceable address in your Impressum under § 5 DDG. A Gewerbeanmeldung records your Betriebsstätte – the address where the business is actually carried on (§ 14 GewO) – so give the address that reflects how your business operates. The address alone does not establish a tax Betriebsstätte or place of management.

Yes. Olea customers can book meeting rooms, coworking desks and private offices at participating locations, subject to availability. Workspace is not included as unlimited free use in the virtual office subscription. It is booked and paid for separately, so you only pay for physical space when you need it.
