Digital Mailbox customers are notified when a scan is ready. The current service does not provide a guaranteed arrival-time notification or an envelope photo when a partner office first receives an ordinary letter. For registered mail, the office emails Olea and Olea emails you.

Scans are typically available within 5–7 days of the letter arriving at the office. Select Pickup or recurring Forwarding at checkout if that better matches how you normally need paper originals.

5 letter-content scans per month and 10 archived originals in total are included. Additional scans cost €0.79 each; additional archived originals cost €0.10 per letter per month.

A scanned original is held temporarily for up to 30 days unless it is archived, forwarded or securely destroyed through an available action. Up to 10 archived originals are included in total. Originals held at Dropscan cannot be collected from the original workspace.

Yes, if your chosen location offers Mail Pickup and you select it as your primary option. Collection takes place during local business hours and the collector must present matching identification or approved authorisation. Pickup mail is held until collection or further instruction; there is currently no fixed automatic destruction deadline.

Yes. With Digital Mailbox, you can request one-off forwarding of eligible scanned originals for €1 per letter plus postage. Eligible registered mail forwarding costs €7.50 per item plus postage. This is separate from the recurring Mail Forwarding selected at checkout.

Potentially. International forwarding is available where the option, destination and carrier support it. Service fees and international postage are charged separately.

Parcel acceptance is location-specific and depends on capacity. Parcels are not scanned like letters and can have separate collection, storage and forwarding rules.

Eligible registered letters may be accepted under the location’s authorised receipt arrangement. The partner office emails Olea when one arrives and Olea emails you. The item then follows the selected mail workflow unless eligible one-off forwarding is requested.

Yes, subject to the options offered by your chosen operator partner. Changing to an option that is not available at the current location may require a different location.

Partner offices keep incoming mail in secure storage organised by customer before the selected handling workflow begins. Digital documents are made available through Dropscan, and paper originals follow the applicable storage, forwarding or disposal instruction.
